What steps are being taken in the interview process to adhere to social distancing requirements?

To protect your health and the health and safety of our colleagues, we are adjusting our hiring process to include shifting most in-person interviews to virtual interviews where possible. We are utilizing phone and virtual interviews to ensure we are doing our part to reduce potential exposure to our candidates and employees. This is just one of the many steps we are taking to do our part in the effort to flatten the curve.

How are virtual interviews conducted?

Currently, we are using Modern Hire to conduct virtual interviews. Modern Hire is an online video interviewing platform that provides a personal and positive employee experience when used to facilitate virtual interviews.
